At 66°North, we want to ensure your gear provides the perfect protection against the elements. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
